What to Know about the Insurance Discount Class
The insurance discount class, known as the AAA RoadWise Driver class for seniors, has been created by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The class contains a robust curriculum packed with countless useful tips, proven methods, and practical knowledge for seniors to use while driving. Fueled by science and backed by research, this program provides tools to help seniors maintain their independence and reduce risk on the roadway.
- Approved by the State of Minnesota for up to 10% off your auto insurance*
- Students must be 55+ years old to qualify for an insurance discount
- Students must take the class every 3 years to maintain the discount
- Students who have completed a class elsewhere are welcome to enroll
